Introduction to the Specialist Homeless Services (SHS) sector

Cinch partnered with Homelessness NSW (HNSW) to deliver three learning and development assets: a learning design concept defining the instructional and visual approach; a template and component library enabling the HNSW team to build courses in-house; and an introductory course for SHS sector organisations and personnel.

The Articulate Rise template and component library featured interactive components including animated iconography, video, scenario-based knowledge checks and vibrant vector illustrations. Editable elements were also templated in Canva, enabling the HNSW team to easily customise content while maintaining a consistent visual identity.

The introductory course used interactive activities, visual storytelling and practical scenarios to build foundational knowledge of the SHS sector, its role in supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, and the context in which SHS organisations operate.

Together, the assets gave HNSW a consistent visual and instructional foundation for future learning development.

Our client says

It was a pleasure working with the Cinch team to develop our style guide, templates and eLearning course. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident throughout the project. They took the time to understand our needs, translated our concepts into high-quality resources and collaborated closely with us every step of the way. The end result was exactly what we were looking for, and we would happily work with them again.
