First aid for mental health
Cinch partnered with Ivy Private to design and build a two-hour, Articulate Rise eLearning module that equips workplaces to recognise signs of mental health difficulties and provide appropriate mental health first aid. Using Ivy’s textbook as the source, Cinch distilled the content into clear learning outcomes and a focused, learner-friendly experience developed in close collaboration with the subject matter expert. The course uses authentic workplace scenarios delivered through video, illustrations, and concise content, supported by simple interactions and mandatory assessment to build judgement, empathy, and practical decision-making.
